@kingneilz1 With the new machines, you can take down the soft-serve side and leave up the shake side during those cleanings if the franchise wants so that there is always some sort of frozen item available. Your local McDonald's should have ice cream 99% of the time consistently now.

@kingneilz1 Always being broken because a thing, a new company swooped in to offer new machines to McDonald's who made the switch. These machines are a lot sturdier and will usually only be down for about 4-6 hrs once every two weeks for routine cleaning unless something actually breaks-

@NeraVolpa I never pursued anything past filing the reports. I didn't know who it was who actually did it and the police were pretty clear that there wasn't much to be done for cyber crimes.

Luckily I haven't even heard a whisper from them in over a year.

Today is a heavy day. Today marks the two year anniversary of getting doxxed.

I want to share this document again for all those to read the full account of what happened so I can continue to caution and advocate for safety in fandom.

A year ago today, 10/17/23, I was doxxed.

At the time I was asked to write a summary of what happened and an impact statement about it. I couldn't handle it at the time. This meant I never really sat down and processed it.
