Many discussions around GenAI focus on creativity or “AI that understands everything”. In practice, this often creates skepticism in business environments — and rightly so.

Our experience shows that the real value of LLMs emerges when they are used under strong constraints, not as free-form reasoning engines.

We are working on an approach where LLMs are applied to weak semantic grounding:

In domains like procurement, contracts, supplier communication, or operations, documents follow recurring patterns. Under these conditions, LLMs can act as semantic sensors — extracting structured business events from unstructured communication with high consistency.

This is not about replacing human judgment or claiming perfect understanding.
It is about reducing manual interpretation, increasing speed, and creating a reliable bridge between unstructured input and automated workflows.

We believe this bounded, infrastructure-level use of LLMs is where real, scalable business automation becomes possible — especially for organizations that require transparency, control, and predictability.
