@PayPal I'm writing on here because a) you don't have a contact email b) I can't private message you and c) the resolution centre just says 'error'. I transfer money often and if I'm going to be swindled, I'll happily find another company.

@PayPal I have recently transferred 1027 USD to my Paypal account. When it arrived it was 910 euros. I know the exchange rate might be slightly different, but I don't expect to be getting almost 40 euros less than what I sent (according to Google 5/2/2023, it should be 948). (1)
