@zsmb13 I remember before this rename there was a survey, and the only note I left was about KMP being a better name and wishing KMM wasn't a thing. I was happy to see it change back again.

@AndroidDev I haven't measured, but I feel like the impact R8 has on the jvm bytecode is much higher than the impact Binaryen has on the wasm bytecode (produced by Kotlin/wasm), or maybe it's just the maturity of the ecosystem.
