@vumatel Hi, yes nano Fibre sent guys to replace my cable at my cost. They damaged the connector on the outside so still no Fibre. They said someone would still come today from vuma to fix. Is this going to happen?

@vumatel The number plate of the van that was here is KB97PB GP. Was here at 13h00 on Monday 15th of November. He took a photo of the cable where it is damaged. Please can this be sorted asap.

@vumatel I don't understand how it was linked to another issue in the area. I find this service unacceptable as I've been without internet since 6:05 on Monday morning.

@vumatel This is the issue because the people who came to my residence found a cable that is broken and needs to be repaired. How do we get this resolved urgently. My issue is not related to any other area issue.

@vumatel I have been waiting since yesterday morning for a solution to my internet outage. I have sent through my ticket from my ISP and had no response from you. This service is pathetic as children have schooling and businesses need to run via the internet. ISP-597457
