Day 37 of #KravMaga class:
Stick defense!
Heavy bag combos including some knees in the clinch.
Then worked on block, disarm, and counter to stick attacks.
Finished simulating stress being attacked from behind while hitting the heavy bag.
Left sweaty and sore... #blackbeltjourney

Day 94 of #Taekwondo class:
I had a dream that I failed my belt test b/c I botched Choong-Gun.
Today I messed it up twice, once during test simulation! 😩
Adding salt to the wound, I also messed up Yul-Gok and Won-Wyo.
Better to fail now than during the test... #blackbeltjourney
