@game_save234 Totally agree. Just get rid of Pebble Beach. Not a US Open Course. Pinehurst is also overrated, but enough of a beast to warrant a US Open now and again. I'm not sure why everyone just started calling Pinehurst the greatest venue ever last year.
@TrackingJT JT has a long way to go to get back into 2017/2022 form. He had a good year "on paper" this season, but mostly didn't show up in the real tournaments. He did well enough at some of the easy/easier venues, but next year he needs to perform better at the majors/tougher courses
@JapaneseBistro@JoelMBeall Why do you care? I'd rather just watch the best and most interesting golf. I don't need to sit there and seethe about how I'm not a member of the club
@JapaneseBistro@JoelMBeall I mean those stuffy northeast clubs are the best courses. The best courses provide the most interesting golf. Would you rather the US open be a -26 birdie fest putting competition at some random TPC
@JPierreX7@JustinJBasch He's not unlucky in the slightest. Great wrestler, but he's a clear step below the elite guys. He's simply not good enough to win an NCAA title. He could wrestle another 5 years and would probably get 2nd or 3rd in all those years
