I've been training @CarnegieDartlet lately. I'm so lucky to work with so many incredible businesses, and just like we can extra like certain people, I can extra like certain companies. I. Love. This. Team.
They're warm, smart, engaged and an absolute joy. Thank you thank you 💛

@allisonturcio@CoachTiers That’s awesome you have an Instagram for each class. Do you see them following both the institution account and your class account? We tried this with Facebook but struggled to get them to engage with the college AND the class pages... but that may have been because... Facebook?
A4. I’m all about separate comm flows for parents and students. While the same information may be relevant to both, the tone/voice is likely different. We try to alternate product and process - including informative content, next steps, and relational components. #EMChat
A2. We’re trying a new approach where sohp/jr inquiries who have already filled out the inquiry form can “Tell Us More” by filling out a fun inquiry form that informs us as to what they want to know more about in later comms. Too early to tell results but we’re excited! #EMChat
A1: We encourage progressing personalization. As a sophomore or junior, it may be the office. As a senior inquiry or incomplete applicant? The VP or director. An admitted or deposited student? The counselor. #EMChat
@dear_preferred Thank you!!! We like it too. We like preserving the power an email from the counselor has for a senior by familiarizing the student with the office early on, plus this lowers the risk of confusion from turnover when the underclassmen goes to apply and work with their counselor!
