This is STILL not resolved! We are awaiting a call - we have spent around 9 hours on hold this week !! this is ridiculous- we do not know if we are flying in less than 24 hours or not!!!!
It clearly states this on the booking!
Please get someone to call as a matter of urgency!

@OntheBeachUK still awaiting a reply to any of the messages I’ve sent on insta, booking page, Twitter, Facebook or via direct email. Have lodged a formal complaint with @ABTAtravel 4 days until flight now. Tried to contact via phone AGAIN all day yesterday- absolutely disgraceful

@ProducerSte I wouldn’t mind if they just told me it was cancelled, infact I’d book a new holiday probably in August and stop messaging them. I don’t k so why they ignore there messages, apart from they don’t want to cancel, but the hotel ain’t gonna open so they will have to cancel 🙄☹️😬

I have replied, straight away, please can you get in touch - the hotel is closed and I’ve got a week before I fly with two kids, I have sent so many messages attempts to get in touch/ I’ve used the booking section with no reply. I really don’t know where to go from here!
