theres such a difference in the way ghost jackie is used in s1 (jackie is a main character) and s2/s3 (ella has other commitments and is only on set for a few days) and its really noticeable

i dont think the yellowjackets writers regret killing jackie (theres no show if she’s alive. her death is one of the biggest catalysts for driving the plot forward) but i have always wondered if they regret not keeping ella on as a series regular or something
