@JAMBHQ Jamb please reconsider this policy because It's really unfair . My daughter is just 23 days behind . How will you set the deadline to September when not everybody will clock 16 by September . What will happen to those born from October to December.
@JAMBHQ@JAMBHQ, please reconsider the cutoff dates for underage candidates. It's unfair to allow Jan-Sept births but not Oct-Dec, when some underage candidates outperform others, scoring 250-319!
@JAMBHQ My son can't even use his utme results because he is 10 days away from their age policy Which is September 30 to turn 16
I can see the pain in his eyes

Even the exceptional ones, most schools screening are to end and no updates on them💔

@winexviv Out there , a 13-year-old can get a PhD , but you're restricting people turning 16 within October to December from getting admission. This country is a failed one, misplaced priority is age is really the problem of Nigeria right now
@winexviv JAMB's Sept 30 age deadline is unfair. My daughter scored 300 but was denied admission just because she was born in October only 23 days late. Are kids born in Sept really more mature than those in Oct or Dec?
@winexviv JAMB setting the age deadline at Sept 30th instead of Dec is unfair. Many students who scored 250–319 were denied admission just because they’ll turn 16 a few months later. Is someone born in Sept really more mature than one born in Oct or Dec?
@ahilekashami @winexviv There's also a problem with this 16years old policy , because why would they make the deadline to September 30 and forget those born within October to December? Is that fair in any way? My daughter was also affected, and she scored 300 in JAMB, and she had a very good WAEC result

@JAMBHQ The age 16 policy is unfair. It denies admission to students born in Oct–Dec, even after passing. Education is a right, not a privilege. Please reconsider.
@JAMBHQ https://t.co/wdKHma3VmH @JAMBHQv even the House of Reps raised concerns, yet you fixed 16 to September. That’s not wise enough what about those born October to December? #JAMBInjustice
@JAMBHQ Every day underage candidates suffer because of JAMB’s harsh rule. Education is a right, and JAMB is not God. Not everyone clocks 16 by September December would have been just. Hearts of stone will not last forever. #JAMBInjustice

@JAMBHQ@DICON6657 I feel so sad. JAMB acts as if they control destinies. Education is a right, not a privilege. Not everyone turns 16 by September.December was the fair choice. One day, this heart of stone will turn to flesh. #JAMBInjustice

@JAMBHQ@DICON6657@JAMBHQ please 🙏 consider underage candidates born Oct–Dec. Many of us passed so well, some even with 300+, yet we’re denied admission while others with 150 are allowed. 💔 It’s unfair don’t let age take away the dreams we worked so hard for.
