@YEMblog My 3 year old loves them, at his age he can relate to all the songs about animals, elements etc. in a toddler sort of way. He also knows the difference between live and studio versions referring to them as “crazy” and “regular.” Ie,”momma play the crazy Back on the Train”. Proud
@bizarchive There for both! 🤘 Somehow lost my 7/11/00 ticket on the walk up to the venue and a dude named Dick Shafty who looked exactly like Mark McGwire and was wearing a Cards jersey miracled me. What a night!
@LawnMemo 3rd show, 18 years old. Drove from Phx with 3 buds. Slept on the floor of a common area in dorm at UNLV. Dressed as Dorothy. 10/30 my “get it” show, never looked back. Still dream of that Stash>Manteca>Tweezer; what a proper segue sounded like. Lots of other unmentionables...
@LawnMemo 10/30 my “get it” show, called the Wilson opener, 10/31 forever solidified my phadum. I was 18, went with 3 buddies, slept on the lobby floor of a UNLV dorm. Way more that occurred, not suitable for public forum, but had the time of my life. Still listen to that run often.
@LawnMemo As a casual Radiohead fan who basically stopped listening after Ok Computer (coincided with the start of my phish obsession), I really enjoyed this- Have a whole new appreciation for the band. Would love it if you guys did something similar for Phish, any plans for that?
@LawnMemo I wasn’t there but it’s one of my most listened to runs. A new 3.0 friend asked me for a 1.0 run to listen to so I told him Island Tour. He reported back that he didn’t think it was that good. I’m expecting him to come around sooner or later. 🤣
@YEMblog@andygadiel 10/30/98, 3rd show, first in which I traveled out of state. Called the opener as a noob, and that Stash > Manteca > Tweezer just got me. Still in heavy rotation. Next night was just icing on the cake!
