@smartcashpsb I made a transfer to my Account and on trying to login, I got the prompt that my Account has been locked. I was required to provide my BVN which I did without any solution. Please I need to move out my funds and walk away from your PSB..
@JumiaNigeria 10 business days being the maximum for processed refunds lapsed on reference RF1536153112-2172 yesterday but I am yet to receive value in my Account
I hope @accessbank_help and @access_more knows that the Mobile App Access More is not working ditto the Personal Internet Banking.
Please fix this before people are thrown into irreversible problems.

I was chagrined that the ticket rules on the Railway Service is so rigid.
I mistakenly booked the service in Reverse order (swapping my departure & destination stations). I asked if that can be changed at the counter but was told it isn't possible.
