@vijayanpinarayi Sir, these kinds of mishaps are not accidents because they are repeating events. So rather than take action after the accident has occurred(which is of utmost importance now), I belive that actions must to be taken to prevent them in the first place. #extendtherunway

@Airbnb Dear AirbNb, i have been contacting your customer centre in Japan regarding my cancellation and refund due to the corona virus issue there.
I haven’t received a reply about the refund yet. Since I have a child and a senior citizen with me, kindly guide us ASAP.
