I’ve burned the tokens I was holding.I always make these kinds of bets based on hypotheses like this, so if you’re uncomfortable with that style of speculation, you don’t have to follow me.

What I’m curious about is the overall situation: she only joined Twitter in August, several major Binance accounts followed her within a very short period of time, and the only thing she retweeted was the AI agent model.

First, let me explain how I’m currently interpreting this account.

On August 25, I first noticed that He Yi had followed Randy’s account.

At the time, though, I thought there was still a fairly high chance that it could be a LARP. For example, someone could have acquired an account that He Yi was already following and then changed the username, name, and profile.

Because of that possibility, I briefly took a position but ended up cutting it.

However, the situation has now become a little more interesting.

At around 3 PM on August 26, the official Binance account also followed Randy.

If you look at Randy’s profile, it says:

“Global Affiliates at Binance”

At first glance, the obvious conclusion would be:

“He’s probably just someone working in global partnerships or marketing at Binance, so he likely has nothing to do with the AI model.”

But there are a few details that I find unusual.

Randy’s account itself was only created in August 2026.

If this were simply an ordinary partnerships or marketing employee, why would He Yi follow a brand-new account almost immediately after it was created, followed by the official Binance account just one day later?

There’s another interesting detail.

Looking through Randy’s activity on X, the only activity that really stands out right now is a retweet of a Binance video featuring its AI Agent model. There are barely any original posts related to the kind of marketing, partnerships, or affiliate work you would normally expect from someone with that role.

So this is the part I find most suspicious:

If Randy is simply a regular partnerships or marketing employee, why did both He Yi and the official Binance account follow an account created just this month, only one day apart?

And the fact that one of the account’s only notable activities happens to be related to Binance’s AI Agent content makes it even more interesting.

Because of this, I’m keeping one possibility open.

What if Randy isn’t simply an employee account, but actually a new AI model or AI character that Binance is preparing to introduce, with the role “Global Affiliates at Binance” assigned to it so that the character can be used for real marketing, partnerships, and promotional activities?

If Binance is planning to develop an AI model into an actual character and marketing vehicle, similar to Summer, then I think this could potentially become a very significant narrative.

Of course, for now, this is nothing more than my own speculation based on connecting several circumstantial clues. Randy could absolutely still be a real person.

So rather than taking what I’ve written at face value, I think everyone should check the account, the follow relationships, and its activity history for themselves, think it through carefully, and make their own judgment.
