If anything TG2 was a continuation of the characters stories from the original, which is why TG2 received so much praise. @karlogan_ Its not the marketing, Longlegs had just as, if not more marketing towards the “scariest of the year thing” and didnt perform nearly as well, Obsession is getting it because of word of mouth being a genuinely pheomenal film
