Adding a chat box to your app is easy, but misses the point. You could as well just open new ChatGPT tab instead.

A good AI-powered feature should follow these rules:
- feed the model user's context
- let users take actions in the system

Two years ago, Poster had 270 employees and we kept hiring. At that pace, we'd soon have to upgrade to Google Suite's Enterprise tier, since standard plans cap at 300.

Just published our 2025 Ukrainian restaurant industry report - data from 20,000 restaurants using Poster. Revenue +6%, visitors -8%. Inflation was 8%, so the industry is flat in real terms.

Top challenges: staffing (79%) - millions emigrated, many men serving in the military. Power outages (60%) - sometimes just 2-4 hours of electricity per day. Most restaurants run on generators now.

Frankly, I don't even know why I pay for ChatGPT subscription.

Google AI mode became too good for quick out-of-context questions.

Claude Code & Cursor with Opus for coding.

Claude Agent SDK over a folder with markdown + Telegram bot for everything work- and life-related with deep context about myself and projects.

Gemini in Google Sheets.

I think the only place where ChatGPT still shines is deep research, but I don't use it that often.

Watched my Claude Code agent negotiate data format with another agent over MCP. In plain English. "I'll send it like this." - "OK works for me"
