@JoeFresh you asked me to DM. I did. Wondering when I can expect a response?

[Jennifer Yersh @Yershj]

@JoeFresh I did!

[Jennifer Yersh @Yershj]

@JoeFresh I thought you were size inclusive? These shirts are different prices…based on the size. Plus size- not on sale. How is that inclusive? I thought it was missed in the pricing, but had to go through the embarrassment of being told the plus size ones are not on sale.

@AirCanada how am I supposed to add a dog on to my flight when I can’t even be out on hold to wait to speak to someone? Any advice?

[Jennifer Yersh @Yershj]

Well done!!!! So proud!

anyone ever stop to think maybe the problem isn't gas prices going up 50 cents but the fact that 50 cents is making people broke

@WestJet Thanks. I got a hold of someone finally after 6hours and 58 minutes. She was great, and the service was great, but the wait time is definitely something that could be improved.

[Jennifer Yersh @Yershj]

@WestJet is this wait normal…to help with a flight that you drastically changed? Cmon.

[Jennifer Yersh @Yershj]

@RogersHelps Seriously Rogers? So disappointed. You could at least provide a timeline for service to be back.
