All this to say that at the end of the day, the crew is the one who gets hit the most. No new productions to work on, not enough pay to begin with, and then the lack of respect for the time and effort brought to the viewer. You’ll kill what you don’t nurture.

I think what people don’t understand about watching leaks and not supporting the larger company is that it ultimately hurts the production team. Thresholds for viewership numbers keep going up with those at the top never actually considering if the parameters are achievable-

But that doesn’t make a studio production less worthy. Studio artists are still the underdog, but require support through viewership. So many good things don’t get greenlit for more because it doesn’t meet the company benchmark EVEN IF it still rakes in solid numbers.

@SolKorra I’m so sorry this happened Sol, so many people’s hard work being ravenously dug into with no decorum or respect has been so tough to see. I hope you and others who had a part can still be proud of the time and effort you spent on it despite it all 🙏
