@Qantas baggage delay has ruined our whole first trip since the pandemic. Waiting for over 24 hours with no contact yet. Very disappointed. Please respond. Such an irresponsible airline!! Called and no one could give an date on when we can receive this.

Whenever I see @Qantas here there’s a torrent of complaints: lost luggage, delayed or cancelled flights, high fares, impossible to call customer service, etc. Never used to be like that.

Has Qantas lost it ?

@Qantas disappointing service. Baggae lost and no action for over 48 hours!!!! Called multiple times and still no indication of when receiving luggage. Thanks to @Qantas our whole trip has been ruined.
