This has become new fraud of the charging the higher fees on the name of processing and doesn't refund in case of rejection of file @RBI

@HDFCBank_Cares I had applied for home loan, for that I amount of 7700 was taken from me and the loan was rejected and the amount was not refunded. When I raised request for refund then I was told by Mr. Amit, Manager, Jagatpura Branch, Jaipur that refund of 2340 is approved.
