@LAist 's work tracking data on homelessness and Bass's performance reducing it in Los Angeles is simply stellar. Thank you, LAist!

writing a poem is easy you just start with a line like “I was googling the lyrics to StainD songs when I remembered” and then you add an animal fact like “the rosy maple moth doesn’t have a mouth” and then you add in a childhood memory where you were silenced by a beautiful thing
@itsamia Gahhhhh I'm so sad you're not coming to LA! Congratulations, I got my book in the mail a few weeks ago and I'm looking forward to when I have enough energy to read again because the first page was DOPE
@NightlingBug I TOTALLY empathize with you—I don’t even have that much hair as a ciswoman to begin with, and it’s already so stressful (partially because I’m autistic and it’s a sensory thing). I can imagine being in your shoes, and that has got to be SO stressful. 💜❤️🧡💛💚💙
@NightlingBug@chaoticgaythey Cant we add people without erasing people? I don’t see we have to pretend these aren’t women’s issues, to also add that they also affect transmasc folks, non-binary AFAB folks, etc, as well. But this is Twitter, so I should know that there is no middle ground, ever..😅
@willowmeadow_@everythingloria I’m the same target market but I’d never heard of the original! Elena drew my interest from the promo because she reminded me of myself so much, and the cold open from the first episode hooked me.
We continued #InternationalWomenDay activities with a panel organized by the Advisory Council for Women, hosted by Chief Inclusion Officer Neela Rajendra. The panel discussed intersectionality and shared their experiences in their work and personal lives.

I love that there are so many women now that it takes a huge amount of organisation to arrange a photo like this! So grateful for the progress we’ve made.
The women of JPL gathered for a historic photo for #InternationalWomensDay. JPLers joined the group photo starting with the longest-serving woman on Lab, Susan Finley, who has contributed more than 60 years, to new hires starting this week. 🥳
