Also when we got to the resort, there was a long line for check in and the lady in front of us asked us how we found out about this place. I said “are you asking how we found out about the Hilton or how we found out about Puerto Vallarta?”

She said “oh I’ve just never been to an all inclusive resort & I didn’t even know such thing existed so I was just asking how you all knew about it” 🙄
When I told her it was a resort recommended to us when we booked on Amex travel, she turned right around & was quiet
