@YETICoolers you hate Austin. Lost your way. Forgotten your roots. A cheap plastic $25.00 water bottle is what you bring to @aclfestival? Not even a bottle worth keeping- it only has a STICKER?? Yeti is a joke. Selling overpriced junk - money hungry giant corporation.
@aclfestival@YETICoolers takes a MASSIVE dump on hometown fans and completely blows its debut at @aclfestival . YETI late-nothing shows up until mid day. Finally arrive-they CHEAP plastic bottles with an ACL STICKER. What a joke! Also - yours for only $25.00 per junk bottle!
@united Why? Starting around 5am today your people have enforced misunderstood policies and after I tweeted here blatantly retaliated against me with the final being additional damage to my property. Why bother with a claim when this is how you handle things?
@united And for your final act, my bag did arrive but it had been opened, broken further and tied back together. @united I understand you have policies but to destroy property in an effort to enforce policy and retaliate for bad press is shameful. At all levels this was poorly handled.
@united Try communicating with each other rather than taking everyone off the plane. One phone call would have told you what you needed but you choose retaliation. Another great @united solution. Alienate your customers. Anything else you want to throw my way??
@united Wow, dedicated hate sites to @united, dedicated r/ groups, FB groups - @united - you have a nice groundswell of hatred. Keep up the great policy work and “silent” customer engagement tactics!!
@united The agents should have confirmed the type of battery and watts then - they didn’t. In fact, most of your “policies” are at best suggestions and enforced by a task force of employees beaten down a company who’s management is likely as inept as their people are.
@united I wasn’t checking my bag. In fact, there was plenty of room in the overhead but your “fare restrictions” would only put it underneath despite having purchased a bag ticket. Great program - stick to killing dogs. At least you’re good at that.
@united You’re complete morons. The entire “safety” process is verbal. Having the battery and removing the battery was verbally confirmed after being refused boarding. Then allowing me to bring it all on board and visually confirming after the flight left.
