During my recent library visit, I chatted with a librarian while observing their outdated card-based borrowing system. I noticed how they manually tracked books, leading to errors and frustrations when titles were unavailable. Waiting for popular books was particularly annoying.

Earlier today, I visited a small computer repair shop in Bauchi state. The owner, Nazir, who happened to be a friend, was busy fixing a customer’s laptop.
