Also had some tokens left after work and started building my city-builder game.
Let me tell you the process is strangely addictive
Also claude is terrible at game ui, but I can fix that
Built a super simple tool that runs 40 'questions' and analyzes mentions and sources, then ranks your brand vs. competitors.
Easy and helpful for a job like this

day 16
today i am all in on the GEO
it is pretty much the same as SEO, but the main goal is to gaslight the AI to recommend your brand instead of competitors.
tbh, the better AI gets, the fewer chances I have to succeed here without organic traction.
BUT
Right now there are still a couple of tricks available.
First of all, I started work by building a 'questions' cluster and running them through OAI/claude api to track current results + analyze the sources.
Now what's left is to improve our position on these sources + rank the important articles better in google.
I did pretty much the same for my previous product with ~ok results (around 15% of visitors come from AI chats).
Also had a call for a potential partnership with another agency, will see where this leads, but this is usually a long shot
@joshmillgate oh, hi, friend with the same m1 as me!
I also been struggling a lot lately with it, so moved some work with agents to VPS (linux in general is a better environment for agents, and when it's in the cloud, I don't need to think about leaving my mac open)
We believe voice is the most natural way to interact with intelligence, so we created Dessa, the most authentic full-duplex speech model ever built. Talking with it feels like talking with a person…full of emotion, nuance, pauses, and a natural cadence.

Day 15 of building a product studio
I'm all in on the 'Agency as MCP' concept.
This feels like a completely new AND better workflow.
Agnet can take you 80% of what you need. Human-in-the-loop moves it further and makes it unique.
Yeah, it could sound strange, but the more I think about it, the more cool use cases I see.
What's left is to accelerate the outreach/seo/conetnt and everything else I need (can) to do
Dear twitter (x),
Here is my day 11 of building product studio
Today I prepared a lot of materials for Launchpad listings. Usually, I launched my projects there to boost SEO, but now the anivia is a product for founders, so startup launchpads are the place filled with people I want talk to.
Most of the launches are scheduled in a month from now, so I still have time to prepare and maybe even find a first customer to test the team and workflow.
Instagram is going nowhere currently, max 100 views is all I get.
I have some experience growing instagram this summer, where i got 5k-10k views per video. And now I just need to spend more time with it and test different formats.
Also started a Medium, but currently just doing reposts of my articles from linkedin (if you know something about Medium i'm open for any advice. is it even helpful for SEO? How algo work there?)
Good thing is the twitter. Even tho my avarage view count is 70 - it was 10 a week ago, so at least i see the progress beeing made and I have a lot of fun writing my honnest journey and speaking with people here (usually)
Also stopped LinkedIn outreach for now, i need a couple of days to recharge.
Also worked on the most exciting feature (for me) that I think should be cool, but UI is not ready, so I will write a standalone tweet about this
DR growth for the new company is super slow.
I wonder if it depends on niches, but for now, growing SEO for any kind of service feels like this picture
