CIPM Inducts Four FUNAAB Graduates as Associate Members

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) has inducted four graduates of the Department of Agricultural Administration (AGAD), College of Agricultural Management and Rural Development (COLAMRUD), Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), as Associate Members of the Institute.

According to a memo by Prof. Adefunke Ayinde, Head of the Department of AGAD, the induction ceremony, held on December 1, 2025, in Lagos, marked a significant professional milestone for the inductees. The newly inducted Associates are Yewande Oluwabukola Adegboyega, Kehinde John Owolabi, Toheed Ayinde Basiru and Damilola Ebenezer Oladokun.

Prof. Ayinde commended the new Associates for their commitment, resilience, and successful completion of the body’s rigorous professional examinations. The HoD noted that their induction reflects the high standards expected of Personnel Management Professionals which aligns with CIPM’s mandate to develop competent human resource practitioners for national growth.

In the meantime, CIPM had lauded FUNAAB’s Department of Agricultural Administration for continuously encouraging students to pursue professional certifications that strengthen their career competitiveness in the corporate and human resource sectors.

The Institute had also expressed delight at the achievement, describing the induction as a testament to the quality of academic grounding, mentorship, and professional exposure provided by AGAD. It urged more students to take advantage of future CIPM opportunities and align themselves with global best practices in personnel management.
