Garbage and organic carts are rolling into Kingston!
Beginning July 1, some neighbourhoods in Kingston will be transitioning to an automated cart-based waste collection system. Carts are being distributed to those residences in the coming weeks.
Kingston’s recycling bins are getting a new manager!
As part of a provincial mandate, starting on July 1 Emterra Environmental will be responsible for collecting your blue and grey bins. Your collection day and items will remain the same.
