@MicrosoftHelps Please give me my email account back!
I have proven everything: my travel itinerary, logout dates, specific email details, and folder names. My real first and last name match the account perfectly.
I even submitted my most recent recovery request from my home location using my usual IP address. Just because I used a fake birthdate for privacy reasons over 10 years ago (which I no longer remember), Microsoft refuses to grant me access. I've been trying everything for 3 weeks now, but I am getting absolutely no response from your support.
@MicrosoftHelps I am absolutely stunned and deeply disappointed by how Microsoft treats its long-term users. I created my account 10 years ago and back then—solely for privacy reasons—I didn't use my real personal details. Today, I realize that this was a mistake and I wouldn't do it again.
But there simply has to be a human solution for this! I am more than willing to verify my identity using my ID. I have already provided the support team with EVERYTHING: the current password, the old phone number, the linked email addresses, and even specific details about my most recent sent and received emails and contacts. I can seamlessly prove that this account belongs to me.
Yet, the support team completely refuses to cooperate or help in any way. Because of this, I am losing access to years of extremely important emails and contacts. It is unacceptable for a tech giant to completely abandon real users who have laid out every single piece of proof, just because of an old mistake, hiding behind rigid systems. This is not what customer service looks like!
@MicrosoftHelps@MicrosoftHelps Hello! My 10yo account was locked after traveling. I've been trying for 3 weeks but human support closed my case because of a fake birthdate I used for privacy years ago. I have exact email subjects & order codes to prove ownership. Please help! 😢
