Recently I took a flight from Hyderabad, which is delayed by 3 hours. The duty manager Varsha, was giving a irresponsible reply. She mentioned, it is just 3 hours delay only. You can wait and board the flight.

@allianceaair I think you should escalate it to operations team. They bring the flights late. What can a customer relation executive can do ? Airline who operate many flights where always on time. Alliance air has hardly 2 -3 flights , I don't understand why such delay.
