@SkyHelpTeam I've had an email from Sky today offering me a free film on my Sky Store as compensation for the outage Sky had last week for over 24 hours. Firstly, considering how much money Sky has made over that time your customers had no Sky tv, a measly one movie is an insult.

@SkyHelpTeam @fuzzy139 Very poor Sky. I've emailed you about this issue also as I haven't even got the tile to choose a film on my q box.Considering we had no tv for over 24 hours, a measly film is very poor recompense. You make millions of pounds. Give your customers a refund.Disgusting response.

You should be refunding your customers for at least one day's worth of lost tv, if not more. Then, to add insult to injury (again) when I went onto Sky Store to claim my free movie, the tile that I am supposed to pick my film from wasn't there. Sort yourselves out Sky,
