@UberUKI_Support 3 weeks ago, an uber driver from another country hacked into my account and tried to tip herself up to 200USD. I have reported this multiple times but have not heard back or received any help. Care to explain?

She claims to have travelled across Dallas in 3 minutes. And continuously adding tips to herself after the “trips” were completed. Your staff on phone were extremely unhelpful. I live in London and was there when this happened at midnight.
