Kakao has tracked down the founder of Batoto -

"legal proceedings are currently underway in the country of residence of the founder and core developer," P.CoK notes.

Kakao went after everyone involved with Batoto too. This includes their Discord and Reddit. They sent Cease and Desist letters to everyone even in the lower-tiers that was working with Batoto. Including admins, moderators, community administrators, and sub-developers
