I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro 128 GB and an Apple iPhone magcase from @amazonDE, with the seller also being @amazonDE.

Unfortunately, when I received the phone box and opened it, I discovered that there was no phone inside the box.

@AmazonHelp The package arrived to Amazon return center, Slovakia on 5th of April. I already mentioned that customer service said that they didn't get iPhone in the box. The problem there is no phone inside the box. You can see that at video and photos.

I have attempted to resolve this issue with Amazon customer service but have not received any help or assistance. As a loyal Amazon customer, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and service I have received.

I have been unable to retrieve the phone as it was not in the box when I received it. I have all the evidence to support my claim, including videos and photos of the unboxing process and the return shipment.
