I am getting messages from a growing number who have done aesthetic surgery; nose jobs, fillers, botox etc saying that they deeply regret their actions. Many slide into depression and even have suicidal thoughts. Learn to love yourself the way you are. Don't do anything major unless you really have a defect.
Don’t stress over things you can’t control. Hand it over to the Almighty. There’s no need to spend sleepless nights thinking about your problems. It’ll get you nowhere. He can easily take care of things if only you’d trust Him. He’s the only One who can turn your life around.
Almighty. Make us among those who fast sincerely for Your sake. Accept our worship and nights in prayer which we do in full submission. Keep us away from heedlessness and forgive all our sins. Aameen.
If you don’t nurture your faith, it will weaken & leave you grappling with doubt. Satan will jump in at the slightest chance & create havoc in your mind. So protect yourself before your heart hardens. What better time to do it than in Ramadan.
Talking too much can be detrimental to your health and faith. Sometimes, just listening and not saying anything is the best answer. Remember that your silence can’t be misquoted.
It’s been one challenge after another and you’re feeling numb. Don’t despair. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but rest assured that if you trust Him, there will be a way out. Hold on for just a little bit longer.
Always choose worship over worry. Make it a habit that in all matters, go to the Almighty first, not last. He loves it when you turn to Him and seek His Help.
Don’t waste time on idle chitchat. There’s so much to do and so little time. Remember, tomorrow is not promised to anyone. Seize today. Prioritise your activities. Make an impact. Leave a mark. Life’s too short to be doing otherwise.
Almighty. Help us to focus on what matters as there’s so much going on around us. We see failure, frustration and fatigue. Help us to take it one step at a time because we know You’re in full control. May we surrender to Your Decree and never give up. Aameen.
Remember, the Almighty is bigger than all your problems put together. Nothing is too big for Him. Lay your trust in Him and watch the life-changing moments He sends your way.
Be mindful where your income is coming from. If it’s from dishonest means, there will be no blessings attached to it. Worse, it can cause harm and disunity. Always ask the Almighty to grant us income from good sources and to use it in beneficial and productive ways.
The Almighty works according to His timing, not yours or mine. Don’t rush Him. Sometimes the wait might be long. But nothing goes unanswered. Trust Him. Bear beautiful patience while you wait. Great things take time.
Distancing yourself from those who drain your energy, those who constantly want to argue and criticise etc is self-preservation. Sometimes you just have to do it for your own sanity and to keep the peace.
Don’t make the mistake of telling someone too much about yourself. Oversharing is bad. It can invite negative energy and vibes from those who don’t want good for you. Share only with those who have proven they truly care.
The worst genocide of our lifetime is happening right now. By massacring tens of thousands, injuring hundreds of thousands and beheading babies, what are you trying to achieve? Calling it a tragic mishap is pathetic! If anything, it's a sign that you've lost. Lost your humanity. Lost the plot. #AllEyesOnRafah
Should the world become desensitized to the horrific events in the last few days? How much longer will we allow this genocide to carry on? Are we a world of humans without humanity?

Stop looking at life from your smartphone screen alone. Learn to zoom out. Have meaningful conversations, make real friends, speak to people and you’ll have a different perspective on life.
No matter how bad things are, hold on to your inner peace. That's your greatest strength. Without it, you have nothing. Remember, nothing lasts. Everything will pass in this temporary life.
Don’t worry over what people have to say about you, especially if the comments are unfair. Remember, what they see is entirely from their perspective and that is usually tainted by what they have experienced in life.
