@aedcelectricity @aedcelectricity are you intentionally not replying my complaint? If others on the same transformer with me are downgraded why am I still paying the tariff for Band A and without light of 20 hours ? You would leave me with no choice than to escalate this further.

Above is my meter number; I want to understand why I am still being charged tariff for Band A? 20 hours of light I dont enjoyed and my neighbor tariffs has been readjusted from this ridiculous amount of 4 units - N1,000. Why am I still paying that

@aedcelectricity As Zone 6 wuse is categorized as a band A customers, we are expected to have a supply of light atleast 20hours of light and that has not been the case , downgrade us or give us the appropriate supply of light .
