Extremely disappointed with @racknerd. VPS became unusable shortly after purchase (severe slowness, basic login delays). Troubleshooting didn’t help. Support repeatedly hid behind “no refunds” instead of resolving the service issue. Sharing so others can decide carefully.
Tired of pursuing it. Made a reasonable effort to explain my case and seek fair treatment — and it's frustrating when a large company sticks rigidly to policy, even when the error is clearly theirs.
While the product itself may be fine, be aware that if something goes wrong and you’re outside the U.S., support is very limited. I expected better service from Amazon and was disappointed by how this case was handled.
@AmazonHelp Thanks Ben, the emails I've received from Amazon Social Media Customer Service all ask me to pay return shipping and tariffs for Amazon’s mistake (Shipping items with missing parts). So emailing Amazon seems a dead end.

@AmazonHelp I’m disappointed. I received an incomplete item, but as an international customer, I'm being told to pay return shipping and possible tariffs — for a mistake caused by Amazon. Can this be escalated? This doesn’t feel fair.
