2) Get a gynaecologist to repair, preferably, if you can

3) Women feel pain... real pain... including the one we say "pap smear isn't painful"

4) Don't forget the role of good vaginal packing. Do not clamp ur cervix, except you see a visible bleeder... she can go into shock.

5) Anaesthetists are one of the most important people... call them. Women go through real pain.

6) Just justifying rubbish. Keep it in your mind. You think we haven't seen worse than you?

7) When a woman says she's in pain, don't dismiss it

8) You can ALWAYS transfer a woman to a bigger hospital

9) Stop!... when she says Stop!

10) You better clean up your timeline before you go abroad!

Ideally, if she's in pain, and can't tolerate, you pack the cervix and vagina with vaginal packs... do n
your swab count and you MUST TAKE HER TO THE THEATRE.

there, the anaesthetist will give her appropriate anaesthesia... some give specialised blocks, some general.

Then you can repair properly. The cervix has so many nerves, you don't want to imagine the pain... even if it's a vaginal tear and she can't tolerate, book an operating room.

never ever repair a bleeding cervix outside Nigeria or even in Nigeria without appropriate anaesthesia or analgesia...

No woman deserves to be screaming when you are repairing. I know many doctors are used to that scenario in Nigeria. It is wrong.

From my experience in poultry farming, I can say this turkey here was not fed with natural feeds only. Growth booster must have been added to the feed.

Looking at the meat, the bones are not strong enough for the meat it carries.

I have seen people feed their birds growth boosters, and in less than 8weeks chickens are already ready for consumption including turkeys!

This is why I prefer to buy my birds alive and from a trusted farmer!

Peter Okoye said in his videos that they received the royalties, but he doesn’t want to share the money with Jude using the previous sharing formula.

According to him, the money should be shared between himself and Paul, who are the actual members of Psquare, and they should decide what percentage Jude will receive. Jude was supposed to get 40%, while he and Paul would share the remaining 60%.

I’m still shocked by what happened this afternoon

I was asked to follow two baby boys to the morgue. They had been in the incubator, but their condition had deteriorated, and after assessment, no signs of life were detected

Their mother was so devastated

The ambulance was delayed, so we waited for about an hour before they were taken to the morgue

While preparations were being made, one of the babies suddenly moved his hand.

I thought I had imagined it.

Then the other baby moved too.

A few minutes later, they both started crying

I screamed so loudly. Everyone there was so shocked

They were immediately taken back for medical attention, and these babies are now in the ward ooo

I still don’t know exactly what happened, but I’m grateful those movements were noticed in time.

I honestly don’t think I’ll forget this afternoon at all
