Dear friends, I am excited to share that I will be traveling to China for the first time! I am attending to sign an official partnership agreement with the Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF), taking place from June 12–21, 2026.
Yesterday, I gave a lecture to film Master’s students at Addis Ababa University on how to organize a film festival, as they are currently planning to host a student-led festival. It was an incredibly engaging session in every aspect, from educating to guiding them right.
