Andrew Guest the co-creator of Wonder Man gave an update. He said, he saw all the backlash to the canceling. He says he wrote the first episode of season 2 before the writers room began THIS month, the production was set for early 2027. Everyone’s schedules were cleared and ultimately it was Disney/Marvel who felt continuing the show didn’t “make sense”
I still feel it was a very bad decision to take away something that was loved, critically acclaimed and scored and Emmy nomination.

He's right. At least with regards to addiction. Uncomfortability, unhappiness, stress, all of this comes with overcoming this monster. You really have to push through.
