In the paper, we introduce a novel Spatially Robust Interrupted Time Series (SRITS) model. We found the ULEZ expansion led to increased footfall on Outer London's high streets, particularly in more deprived areas, highlighting key social equity dimensions of transport policy.

We found overall travel initially dipped, then recovered in 4-8 weeks. The ULEZ also led to longer travel distances & commute durations, suggesting a shift to slower but more #sustainable travel modes. 🚲🚌🚶‍♀️
