@SouthwestAir Gate checked my toddler's stroller in ELP, told it'd be at the jetway in SAN. Wasn't there. Told it'd be at the jetway in SMF. Wasn't there either. Traveled 2 airports with a 23mo old, no stroller. Now told I have 5 days to go pick it up. Do better.
