@AmericanAir The hits keep coming. Been sitting on the tarmac for 30 minutes and now we are informed they are going to find a place to park! Crew has not provided any drinks, etc. I’ve never experienced this type of failure from American Airlines and now 3 times in one day. Sad!

@AmericanAir Congratulations. Of the 3 flight today all have been delayed and delayed. The shortest was an hour and now the last one keeps getting moved back 30 minutes at a time every 15 minutes!! I have always used AA, but now????

@AmericanAir ridiculous waiting an hour for a pilot after the plane is loaded. Flight 2255 DFW to Tampa. You can even keep the crew notified of why the pilot is a no-show. After an hour he strolls in sipping coffee, while your passengers have been offered no coffee while waiting.
