@AmazonHelp This has actually happened months ago. I just got that card closed and wanted to use a different card for payment but I don’t wanna use my account that was on hold to avoid scammers gaining access to my new card. So I tried creating a new acct but you guys keep flagging them.
@AmazonHelp Hello! My account has been on hold for suspicious activity. That card on my profile no longer works but I cant seem to create a new Amazon account using any of my family’s email address and using a different payment. Can you help? I would really like to have Prime Video again.
