Aur 5 din mai refund mere account mai aa bhi gaya. Jis kaam mai Excitel ne 1.5 saal lagaya ek complaint ne 5 din mai kar diya.

@IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia 5 mahine ho gaye abhi tak koi paisa nahi aaya. Portal pe pichle 1 mahine se dikha raha hai "Refund Approved" and "payment under process"agar refund approve ho gaya to 5 mahine wait matt karwao.
P.S. - Byaaj doge kya is payment pe?🥹

Booked Tejas Express (82502) PNR 2943052824 for 1 Jan 2026. Train got delayed by 11+ hours, so I filed a TDR and booked another train (PNR 2510111937).
