@sonjjjj_ 2/2 unfortunately it is ingrained in us by society and school (unintentionally) - trying to break down those systems to allow us to truly begin to accept our true selves is not easy - reflecting, you are probably one who began to recognize this in HS, so you’re ahead of the curve
