@shoptemu TEMU should also revamp their customer care process. AI has a limit to the help it can provide. I have been interacting with the customer care, but it wasn't helpful and kept providing generic responses.

@shoptemu TEMU should always confirm the contact of the courier service they partner with. It is unprofessional for one to not be able to call a courier service that has their order via the contact TEMU has officially placed on their App

@shoptemu and WhatsApp number on the TEMU App, but both were not reachable. I have logged a complaint on the TEMU App, but it was not helpful. I need this to be resolved, please. Either my items are tracked and delivered, or TEMU refund me. The process has been frustrating.

@shoptemu I have ordered 7 items from TEMU in 2 batches, 3 items on 6/5/2026 & 4 items on 4/5/2026. The items were marked as delivered on the TEMU app on 22/5/2026, but they have not been delivered to me. I have reached out to Sharp Courier Services through their phone number

In essence, Christians dilutes the message of Juses, hence attributing humanly qualities to God

@workof_Godd @wahalaMann This is not true, as Muslims, we are taught to always believe the best in everyone. Honesty and truthfulness is uncompromising. How else will you explain the Hausa bike man in Lagos that will be sent to fill a 12.5 kg gas cylinder with the money and return to be paid 1k?
