💡#WorldMentalHealthDay falls on Tuesday, October 10, and serves as a catalyst to initiate meaningful conversations, aimed at dispelling the stigma surrounding mental health.

☕ @YMCAIreland is organizing 'Tea & Talk' gatherings, spanning a diverse range of programs, including childcare, family support, community groups, and youth initiatives.

🙌In a collective effort across the nation, local #YMCAs in Ireland will host 'Tea & Talk' events not only for their staff and volunteers but also extend the invitation to their broader communities, encompassing families, youth, and community engagement activities.
