@davidwfrench I had one that ended up surprising the hell out of me. In the end, your core friends and family may have shifted, but itโs still there for you.
I waited a long time, some say too long before coming out, but it felt overwhelming and necessary when I did. If youโre considering it, there truly are welcoming people in the LGBTQ community, and probably more people close to you that will support you fully. ๐ซถ๐ณ๏ธโ๐๐ณ๏ธโโง๏ธ
@davidwfrench Very true. Saying it yourself takes a lot of courage. It changes your whole life. Changing it in a positive way was one of my biggest roadblocks. For others, personal safety is a huge factor. Thereโs no one-size-fits-all.
