观察00后这批大佬，可能20岁就因为炒币、做AI、玩自媒体财务自由了。他们的财富来源是跨越国界的、虚拟的、指数级增长的。导致他们的人生主题不是“传承”或“稳定”，而是 “颠覆”和“体验”。

随便打个比方：
跟50后大佬，你要学下围棋，讲规矩、重布局、论资排辈。
跟80后大佬，你要学打德州，算概率、赌胆量、现金为王。
但跟95后、00后巨佬？他们是先直接把棋盘掀了，去玩一场沉浸式、无规则的元宇宙大逃杀。

他们眼里的同类其实长啥样？
“技术力”是入场券，“疯批力”才是有点意思。 你会写代码、懂金融、是名校海归？很好，但这就像空气，是基础配置。他们真正要看的是：你眼里有没有那团火？你有没有那种恨不得把旧世界烧掉的“疯狂”和“极致自由”的劲儿？ 他们不要好员工，要能一起改变宇宙秩序的合伙人。

要的是颠覆，不是优化。怎么把KPI提升10%、怎么优化流程？这不太性感。要聊的是：怎么干掉这个行业？怎么用AI重构人类生产关系？怎么发虚拟币？ 他们的思维是“无政府主义”的，极度反感一切传统、僵化的秩序。他们希望自己的团队是一个新世界的创始公民。

忠诚是个很土的词。他们不需要你忠诚于他这个人，他们需要你忠诚于同一种极致的价值观。他今天可以给你最大的自由和权限，明天如果你 vibe不对了，思维跟不上了，他会毫不犹豫地让你离开。关系的维系，靠的是精神内核的高度同频，而不是合同或感情。
